education in the United States. He appreciates the combination of science, hands-on work, and problem-solving that
dentistry offers. His experience treating patients from different backgrounds has shaped his approach to care, with
a focus on helping people feel comfortable, confident, and informed about their oral health.
Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Patel developed an interest in dentistry at an early age through his exposure to the dental field. As he gained experience working with patients, he saw how much a healthy smile could improve someone's comfort, confidence, and overall well-being. He was drawn to the opportunity to combine his interest in science with hands-on work while making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Patel began his dental career in India, where he gained experience treating patients from a variety of backgrounds and providing charitable dental care. He later attended the University of Michigan, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Today, he draws on his experience and education to provide comprehensive dental care. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Family is an important part of Dr. Patel's life, and he loves spending time with his loved ones. He also enjoys traveling, hiking, and staying active through cricket and volleyball. When visiting new places, he likes trying different foods and learning about other cultures.
